The Circus is a play written by Nuri in 1985 which was later staged in Fajr Theater Festival in 1993.
An animal trainer and a clown visit the testing venue for admission to the grand circus wishing to meet the master. But soon they realize that they are locked in that place and the only person they find there is the old-man in white. They assume he is the cause of their captivity and believe he should have the key to the exit. The only thing is that the old-man’s response to all their questions is silence.
